These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services and website. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• “Customer” refers to the person or entity utilizing our Services.
• “Electronic Waste” encompasses electronic equipment, devices, and materials collected for recycling.
• “Data Destruction” signifies the physical destruction of digital data.

• Customers agree to utilize our Services in compliance with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if a customer violates these Terms.

• We will collect Electronic Waste at the location and time mutually agreed upon.
• Customers must ensure Electronic Waste is properly prepared for collection.
• Certificates of disposal/destruction will be supplied within 7 working days.

• We conduct Data Destruction in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Customers must ensure all data-containing devices are correctly identified and prepared for destruction.

• Urad-SA reserves the right to negotiate rates.
• A cancellation fee will apply if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
• An evaluation fee will be charged for incomplete projects.
• Customers agree to settle invoices within 30 days of receipt.
• Late payments may incur interest and penalties.
• Rebates of up to 30% are issued 15–30 days after the collection date, with proof of payment provided via email

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from our Services, except were caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Customers indemnify us against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their use of our Services.

• We may update these Terms occasionally.
• Customers agree to be bound by the updated Terms upon continued use of our Services.

• By using our Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. An asset register will be supplied upon request.
