Uniquely Recycled & Asset Disposal (Pty) Ltd ("we" or "us") provides electronic waste recycling and data destruction services ("Services") through our website at www.urad-sa.co.za. These terms and conditions govern your use of our Services and Website.
- Definitions
- "Customer" means the person or entity using our Services.
- "Electronic Waste" means electronic equipment, devices, and materials collected for recycling.
- "Data Destruction" means the physical destruction of digital data.
- Use of Services
- The Customer agrees to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if the Customer violates these Terms.
- Electronic Waste Collection
- We will collect Electronic Waste at the agreed-upon location and time.
- The Customer ensures that Electronic Waste is properly prepared for collection.
- Data Destruction
- We will perform Data Destruction in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- The Customer ensures that all data-containing devices are properly identified and prepared for destruction.
- Payment Terms
- Urad reserves the right to negotiate rates.
- Cancelation Fee will be charged, if not cancelation within 24H00
- Evaluation fee will be charged, based on no completion of the project.
- The Customer agrees to pay our invoices within 30 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur interest and penalties.
- Liability and Indemnity
- We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from our Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- The Customer indemnifies us against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their use of our Services.
- Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- The Customer agrees to be bound by the updated Terms upon continued use of our Services.
- Acceptance
- By using our Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
